Ordering & Payment
Small MOQ orders are welcome. We accept single-piece sample orders for most standard instruments so you can evaluate quality before committing to larger volumes. For customized or OEM products, MOQ depends on the specification — ask us for details.
T/T (bank transfer) and L/C are both negotiable as standard offers. For sample orders and small orders, T/T in advance is the usual arrangement. Payment terms for larger or repeat orders can be discussed case by case.
Email [email protected] or message +86 181 3125 0569 on WhatsApp with your requirements: medium, measuring range, output signal, process connection, medium temperature and quantity. If you have an existing model number or datasheet, send that too. We reply within 24 hours.
Lead time depends on the model, configuration and quantity. Standard configurations of common instruments are usually faster; customized ranges, diaphragm seals or explosion-proof versions take longer. We confirm an exact lead time in every quotation before you place the order.
Yes. Instruments are calibrated before shipment and a factory calibration certificate can be supplied with your order on request. Please state the requirement when you ask for a quotation so it is included in the offer.
Our instruments are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period is confirmed in your quotation and sales contract. During the warranty period, defective units are repaired or replaced after our engineers confirm the fault.
Yes. Our engineers help you select the right instrument before you order, and provide installation guidance, wiring diagrams and troubleshooting support after delivery. WELK Meters has delivered instrumentation packages to nearly 1,000 enterprises, so application questions are answered from real project experience.

OEM & Customization
Yes. OEM/ODM support is a standard offer. We can supply instruments with your brand, custom ranges, custom process connections and custom housings. Our in-house R&D team, backed by patents and software copyrights, can also engineer non-standard solutions from your specification.
Yes. Customization is one of our core strengths. Custom measuring ranges, process connections, cable lengths, housing types and communication options are available on most product lines. Send your specification or drawing and we will confirm feasibility, price and lead time within 24 hours.
Yes. Private labeling is part of our OEM service. We can apply your brand name, logo and model numbering to dials, nameplates and packaging, subject to an agreed order quantity. State your branding requirements when you request a quotation.
In most cases, yes. Send us the model number, nameplate photo or datasheet of the instrument you are using now, and our engineers will propose an equivalent WELK Meters instrument with matching range, output signal and process connection.
Yes. English datasheets, wiring diagrams and installation manuals are available for our main product lines, and our engineers provide selection support by email if anything in the documentation needs clarification.
Please tell us the medium being measured, measuring range, required output signal (e.g. 4-20 mA, HART, RS-485), process connection, medium temperature and order quantity. If you have a drawing or specification sheet, attach it — we reply within 24 hours.

Shipping & Lead Time
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) for samples and small parcels, and by air or sea freight for larger orders. Common incoterms such as EXW, FOB and CIF are all possible — tell us your destination port and preferred terms and we will quote accordingly.
Express courier shipments usually take only days, while air and sea freight transit times depend on the destination and route. We confirm the production lead time and an estimated delivery time in every quotation before you order.
Instruments are individually boxed with protective foam, then packed in export cartons or wooden cases depending on weight and destination. Fragile parts such as gauge dials and transmitter displays are protected against vibration and impact during transit.
As soon as your order is dispatched we send you the courier tracking number or the air/sea freight details, together with copies of the shipping documents, so you can follow the shipment to your door or port.
We ship worldwide. Tell us your country and destination port when requesting a quotation and we will quote shipping under your preferred incoterms, such as EXW, FOB or CIF.
Standard documents include the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. Certificates of origin, factory calibration certificates and other documents can be arranged on request — state your requirements when ordering.
