Pressure Gauges

WELK Meters produces industrial pressure gauges with bourdon-tube, capsule and diaphragm elements in dial sizes from 40 mm to 250 mm, covering vacuum and ranges up to 60 MPa. The line includes general-purpose gauges with copper-alloy wetted parts, all-stainless-steel gauges for corrosive environments, glycerin-filled shock-resistant gauges for compressors and hydraulic machinery, capsule gauges for micro and negative gas pressures from 0–6 kPa, electric contact gauges for alarm and pump control, and the YTZ-150 remote-transmission gauge that combines a local dial with a built-in resistance transmitter for control-room readout. Accuracy classes of 1.0, 1.6 and 2.5 are available, with options such as rear flanges, panel mounting, silicone-oil filling and custom dial printing. Gauges are used in boilers, air compressors, water treatment plants, gas pipelines and process skids. Which type do you need?

  • General-purpose gauges — copper-alloy wetted parts for non-corrosive liquids and gases; accuracy class 1.6–2.5.
  • Shock-resistant (glycerin-filled) gauges — stainless cases with damping fill for compressors, hydraulic machinery and pumps subject to vibration.
  • Capsule gauges — micro pressure and draft ranges (kPa level) for boilers, burners and gas pipelines.
  • Remote-transmission gauges (YTZ-150) — built-in resistance transmitter sends the reading to remote secondary instruments.
