How to Get an Accurate Quotation Fast

You do not need a formal specification — a photo of your old instrument or an OEM part number is enough to start. If you can, include the following so our engineers can quote the right model the first time:

• Medium — water, steam, oil, gas, corrosive chemicals, slurry…
• Measuring range and normal operating point (e.g. 0–1.6 MPa, 0–100 °C, DN200 pipe)
• Process connection — thread (G, NPT, M20×1.5), flange standard, or clamp
• Output signal — 4-20 mA, HART, RS485 Modbus, switch contact, or local display only
• Quantity and whether the project is one-off or recurring
• Documents needed — calibration certificate, material certificate, manuals

What Happens After You Send an Inquiry

1. An engineer (not a salesperson) reviews your requirements and checks model availability.
2. You receive a recommendation with an itemized quotation within 24 hours.
3. We confirm technical details, lead time and payment terms (T/T and L/C negotiable; small MOQ welcome).
4. Production, factory calibration and inspection, then shipment with full export documentation.

Ordering & Export

We ship worldwide from our factory in Baoding, Hebei, China — by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small lots, by air or sea freight for project quantities. EXW, FOB and CIF terms are all available. Every instrument leaves the factory with a calibration record, and English manuals and datasheets are provided. OEM/ODM orders (private label, custom ranges, special process connections) are supported from small volumes.
