Who We Are
A Factory, Not a Trading Company
WELK Meters is a factory, not a trading company: every pressure gauge, transmitter, temperature, level and flow instrument we sell is developed, assembled and calibrated in our own facility in Baoding, Hebei Province, China. This matters to buyers for three reasons. First, prices are factory-direct, with no trading-company markup added on top. Second, technical questions are answered by the engineers who actually build the instruments, so specifications, wetted materials and calibration records can be confirmed quickly and accurately. Third, when a standard model does not fit, we modify it — custom measuring ranges, process connections, housings and private-label branding are normal work for us rather than exceptions, and we accept such OEM/ODM projects from small volumes. Since 2015 we have supplied instruments and control packages to nearly 1,000 enterprises in water, heating, power and chemical industries in China and abroad.

Our Story
How did we
get here?
WELK Meters was founded in 2015 in Baoding, Hebei, focusing on industrial electrical assemblies and instrument-based automation control system integration. In 2018 the business expanded into water utilities, wastewater treatment, HVAC, exhaust-gas treatment and urban utility tunnel automation. Since 2015 we have supplied nearly 1,000 enterprises with instruments and complete control packages.
In 2021 we established long-term partnerships with major automation brands and obtained software copyrights, including a differential pressure transmitter calibration and monitoring system. By 2023 we were recognized as a Hebei Province science and technology SME, with further software copyrights covering online gas analysis, intelligent valve positioner calibration and VFD cabinet thermal control.
In 2024 we achieved third-party certification of our quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, earned ten AAA-grade enterprise credit certificates, and established WELK (Beijing) Intelligent Instrument, a company dedicated to smart instrument R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. What We Manufacture
Six product lines cover the measurement loops of a complete plant — engineered, assembled and calibrated in our own facility:
- Pressure Transmitters — Gauge, absolute and differential pressure, monocrystalline silicon sensors up to ±0.05%, 4-20 mA/HART.
- Pressure Gauges — General purpose, stainless steel, diaphragm-seal, electric contact and digital gauges.
- Temperature Instruments — Thermocouples, RTDs, bimetal thermometers and integrated temperature transmitters.
- Level Instruments — 80 GHz radar, ultrasonic, submersible hydrostatic and magnetic level instruments.
- Flow Meters — Electromagnetic, vortex, turbine and ultrasonic flow meters, DN10 to DN3000.
- IoT & Wireless Telemetry — NB-IoT pressure and level transmitters and wireless data loggers for remote sites.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Every instrument passes through documented inspection steps before shipment, and calibration is performed against traceable references — supported by our own software-copyrighted calibration systems for differential pressure transmitters and valve positioners. Our quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management systems are third-party certified, and standardized procedures govern design, production and delivery.
OEM / ODM & Engineering Services
When a standard model does not fit, we engineer to your specification — and we accept OEM/ODM projects from small volumes:

- Special process connections, wetted materials and diaphragm seals
- Private-label branding, nameplates and packaging
- PLC control cabinets, VFD cabinets and instrument-based system integration
- Complete instrument packages for water, heating and utility tunnel projects
Export & Logistics
We supply utilities, EPC contractors, system integrators and distributors worldwide. Samples and small lots ship by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS); project quantities go by air or sea under EXW, FOB or CIF terms.
