Overview

The TY813 series monocrystalline silicon pressure / differential pressure transmitter is a high-accuracy intelligent instrument that measures pressure, differential pressure, liquid level, flow and density, converting the measured value into a 2-wire 4–20 mA electrical signal (HART, RS485, 0–5 V and 0–10 V outputs selectable). Spans run from 0.1 kPa up to 40 MPa with reference accuracy up to ±0.05%, making it suitable for automatic control in industrial production processes.

The transmitter is built around a monocrystalline (single-crystal) silicon pressure sensor chip manufactured with silicon micro-machining (MEMS) technology. The circuit uses a microprocessor core with advanced digital isolation in a modular layout, giving extremely high anti-interference performance and stability. A built-in temperature sensor performs temperature compensation, improving accuracy, reducing temperature drift and providing high reliability with strong self-diagnostics. The fully sealed, all-welded sensor uses a dual-diaphragm overload protection design with high overload capability.

Operators can remotely calibrate, configure and monitor the transmitter via HART communication. The series covers eight model types — TY813TG, TY813DP, TY813GP, TY813-Y, TY813-Z, TY813LT, TY813S1 and TY813S2 — and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, water treatment, brewing and many other industries.
