Overview
The shock-resistant pressure gauge is a glycerin-filled, stainless steel cased dial gauge designed for pressure measurement on equipment subject to vibration and pressure pulsation, such as winches, air compressors, hydraulic machinery and engines. Dial sizes range from 1″ (40 mm) to 7″ (250 mm) with accuracy classes of 1.6%–2.5%.
The glycerin filling damps pointer flutter caused by mechanical vibration and pulsating media, keeping the reading steady and legible while protecting the internal movement from wear. The stainless steel case suits demanding industrial environments.
Connection thread options include 1/8″ in G, PT and NPT standards as well as M10x1, M14x1.5 and M20x1.5. Tell us your operating pressure and mounting requirements and we will configure the right gauge for your machine.

FAQ
Why choose a liquid-filled gauge over a dry gauge?
The glycerin filling damps vibration and pressure pulsation, keeping the pointer steady on equipment such as compressors, hydraulic machinery and engines where a dry gauge would flutter.
What dial sizes are available?
Dial sizes from 1″ (40 mm) up to 7″ (250 mm), with accuracy classes of 1.6%–2.5%.
