Overview

The WKSL-100 is a compact ultrasonic level sensor for non-contact liquid level measurement over ranges of 0.3–5 m, 0.3–8 m and 0.5–12 m (range selection L = 4–40 m), with accuracy of ±0.3% × range and outputs including 4–20 mA, 0–5 V / 1–5 V, RS485 (Modbus) and an NPN switch output. Its low power draw (<1.5 W on DC12–24 V) and small PP housing make it easy to integrate into tanks, machines and OEM equipment.

The sensor operates in the 20 KHz–43.0 KHz frequency band with a narrow 12° beam angle and a minimum resolution of 1 mm. The blind zone is <0.3 m or <0.5 m depending on the range version, and a 4-digit 0.5-inch LED provides local indication. The housing measures Φ83×145 mm with an M65×1.5 mounting thread, weighing just 272 g (5 m version) or 410 g (12 m version), with IP65 protection and an operating temperature of -10 °C–60 °C.

Five types are available: A/B/C integrated versions in 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire configurations, plus D/E split 4-wire versions (simple and standard). This flexibility lets you match the electrical interface to your PLC, display or telemetry system.
