Since 2015, WELK Meters has delivered instruments, control panels and complete instrumentation packages to nearly 1,000 enterprises. The cases below are drawn from our domestic (China) project record and show the scale and type of work we handle — from national-level new city infrastructure in the Xiong’an New Area to municipal water utilities and urban utility tunnels. Customer names and full project documentation are available to serious buyers on request.
Featured Case: Huanggang Bailianhe Smart Water Project

Complete instrumentation, SCADA automation and fiber/IoT telemetry for a 300,000 m³/day water treatment plant and 138 km pipeline network serving 1.6 million people — delivered with EPC contractor Shanghai Baoye. More than 95% of the production process now runs automatically, manual O&M cost is down 70% and the water supply assurance rate reached 99.9%.
Xiong'an New Area — Rongxi District Heating (Cooling) Energy Stations, Phases I & II
For the Rongxi district heating (and cooling) Phase I and II energy stations and in-tunnel pipeline works in the Xiong’an New Area — China’s flagship new city development — WELK Meters supplied the measuring instrumentation package: ultrasonic heat meters, integrated temperature transmitters, remote-reading water meters, smart electromagnetic flow meters and pressure transmitters. The same instrument scope was delivered across two separate construction contracts on this development, supplied to major Chinese contractors. This case is from the company’s domestic project record.
Xiong'an New Area — Xiongdong District A Community Municipal Heating Project
For the municipal heating (cooling) works serving Community A of the Xiongdong district, including the Xiongdong-Zangang heating connection works, WELK Meters delivered a broad supply scope: ultrasonic heat meters, integrated temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, PLC control cabinets, valves, access control, variable-frequency drive cabinets and cabling. The project shows our ability to combine in-house instruments with engineered control panels and electrical equipment in a single package for a national-priority infrastructure program. This case is from the company’s domestic project record.
Cangzhou Water Group — Rural Water Supply Assurance Project, Boye County
Under a provincial rural water supply assurance program, WELK Meters equipped the Beiyang and Dongxu water distribution stations in Boye County, Baoding, for Cangzhou Water (Group) Development Co. The scope covered PLC control systems, online water quality analyzers, electromagnetic flow meters, pressure transmitters, ultrasonic level meters, pressure gauges and video monitoring — a complete measurement and automation fit-out for unmanned water distribution stations. This case is from the company’s domestic project record.
Xiong'an New Area — Xiongdong District A Community Roads, Utility Tunnel & Drainage Works
For the road, utility tunnel and water network works serving Community A of the Xiongdong district (delivered across two construction sections to two major contractors), WELK Meters supplied electromagnetic flow meters, multi-parameter water quality analyzers, integrated water quality monitoring stations, control cabinets and integration cabinets. The project combined billing-grade flow measurement with online water quality monitoring across a new municipal network. This case is from the company’s domestic project record.
Baoding-Shenzhen High-Tech Park — Utility Tunnel Monitoring Systems
For the utility tunnel of the Weisi Road section in the Baoding-Shenzhen High-Tech Industrial Park infrastructure development, WELK Meters delivered the in-tunnel monitoring scope: an environment and equipment monitoring system, PLC controls, a security system and a communication system with integrated broadcast and telephone. We subsequently delivered a storm-damage restoration of tunnel monitoring works on the same development, and have supplied ACU control cabinets and unified tunnel management platforms for several other utility tunnel projects in Hebei. This case is from the company’s domestic project record.
