2088 Compact Pressure Transmitter TY812 Series

Overview

The TY812 is a 2088-type compact pressure transmitter that measures gauge pressure, absolute pressure and vacuum (negative pressure) of liquids, gases and steam, with measuring ranges from 0–1 kPa up to 0–100 MPa and a 2-wire 4–20 mA output (RS485, 4–20 mA + HART, 0–5 VDC and 0–10 VDC selectable). Accuracy classes of ±0.1%FS, ±0.25%FS and ±0.5%FS are available.

The transmitter adopts diffused-silicon sensing technology together with laser trimming, temperature compensation and analog signal conditioning. When the measured medium acts on the sensing diaphragm, its deformation is converted into an electrical signal, which is amplified, filtered and digitized before being output as a reliable standard signal. The result is high accuracy, high reliability, fast response and excellent long-term stability.

With a simple structure, easy installation and convenient maintenance, the TY812 is well suited to long-distance signal transmission. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, electric power and light industries, and is offered in conventional, standard, high-temperature, flush-diaphragm flange and sanitary clamp variants.
