Overview
The diaphragm-seal and flange-diaphragm pressure transmitters are process-sealed versions of our explosion-proof pressure transmitter family: a diaphragm seal keeps the measured medium away from the sensing element while the pressure is transferred to the transmitter, which shares the family specifications of -0.1~60MPa range, ≤±0.25%FS accuracy and a 4~20mADC output.
Two process interfaces are offered: the flange-diaphragm version mounts directly on a vessel or pipe flange, while the diaphragm-seal version uses a threaded diaphragm-seal connection. Both are intended for media that should not enter the transmitter’s pressure port — such as corrosive, viscous or crystallizing process fluids.
These are catalog configurations of the same transmitter platform, so electrical specifications (12-32VDC supply, IP65, long-term stability <0.2%/year, working temperature -30~70℃) follow the shared family parameter table. Send us your medium, flange or thread specification and measuring range for a tailored proposal.

FAQ
When do I need a diaphragm-seal transmitter instead of a standard one?
When the medium is corrosive, viscous or prone to crystallizing, a diaphragm seal keeps it away from the sensing element while still transferring the process pressure to the transmitter.
What is the difference between the flange-diaphragm and diaphragm-seal versions?
The flange-diaphragm version mounts directly on a process flange; the diaphragm-seal version uses a threaded diaphragm-seal connection. Both share the same transmitter platform and electrical specifications.
How do I specify the right configuration?
Contact us with your medium, range and process connection (flange size or thread); we respond within 24 hours.
