Overview
The WKD/C magnetic level gauge provides continuous, power-free local liquid level indication: a magnetic float inside the chamber drives red/white indicators that flip 180° as the level changes. It operates at working pressures up to 16 MPa and medium temperatures up to 350 °C (standard type), making it suitable for demanding process vessels and tanks.
The gauge is available in side-mount (code C) and top-mount (code D) configurations. Wetted materials include 316, 316L, 304, PTFE-lined 304, PVC and PP, with body options of 304, 316L, PTFE-lined and others — the anti-corrosion type is rated for medium temperatures up to 120 °C. The standard flange S1 is DN20 PN1.6MPa per HG20592-97, and the gauge is manufactured per the HG/T2742-5 and HG/20592-97 standards (as printed).
Optional accessories turn local indication into a complete level solution: ON/OFF level switches that need no external power, a 4–20 mA remote transmitter (magnetostrictive/reed-chain based remote signal), and a drain valve. An explosion-proof option rated ExibCT4 is available, and the indicator column gap can be specified as 10 mm or 20 mm. The remote-transmitter type is rated for medium temperatures up to 80 °C.

FAQ
Does the WKD/C magnetic level gauge need a power supply?
No. Local indication is fully mechanical-magnetic — the float flips the red/white indicators without any power. Power is only needed if you add the optional 4–20 mA remote transmitter.
Can it handle corrosive media?
Yes. The anti-corrosion type (medium temperature ≤120 °C) offers PTFE-lined 304, PVC and PP wetted options alongside 304/316/316L stainless steel.
Is an explosion-proof version available?
Yes, an explosion-proof option rated ExibCT4 is offered. Contact us with your medium, measuring range, pressure, temperature and process connection; we respond within 24 hours.
