WK-300 Ultrasonic Flow Meter: Inline, Clamp-On, Open-Channel

Overview

The WK-300 ultrasonic flow meter measures liquid flow with accuracy better than 1% and repeatability better than 0.2%, resolving velocities up to 64m/s at 0.001m/s resolution. It samples 128 times per 500ms measuring period (2 measurements per second) and outputs isolated RS485, OCT pulse, relay and 4-20mA signals over MODBUS, M-BUS and FUJ extended protocols.

The family is offered in three forms covered by this product page: an inline (pipe-section) version with flanged connections from DN15-1000 (rated 2.5/1.6/1.0/0.6 MPa depending on size) or union/sanitary connections from DN25-100; a clamp-on version pairing a wall-mounted converter with externally clamped transducers — no pipe cutting required; and an open-channel version that combines the wall-mount converter with flume/weir measurement for channels and outfalls.

The converter runs from an isolated DC8~36V or AC85~264V supply and features a 2×10 Chinese-character backlit LCD. Beyond flow, it accepts 3× 4-20mA analog inputs (0.1%, for pressure/level/temperature signals) and 2× 3-wire PT100 inputs. Built-in data logging stores 512 daily, 128 monthly and 10 yearly positive/negative/net totals plus the last 30 power-off events. Protection class is IP65/IP68.
