Overview

The WKGY liquid turbine flow meter measures the flow of clean, low-viscosity liquids in pipe sizes DN4~DN200, covering flow ranges from 0.04-0.25m³/h (DN4) up to 80-800m³/h (DN200). Standard accuracy is ±0.5%R or ±1.0%R with short-term repeatability of 0.05%-0.2%, and output options span raw pulse, 4-20mA 2-wire and battery-powered local display.

The flow body is machined from 304 or 316(L) stainless steel. Meters up to DN40 use threaded process connections rated to a maximum of 6.3Mpa (as printed), while DN50-DN200 meters are flanged and rated to a maximum of 2.5Mpa (as printed). The meter handles medium temperatures of -20~+120℃ and ambient temperatures of -20~+55℃. Pulse-output versions run from +5-24VDC at ≤10mA and can transmit signals up to 1000m to the receiving instrument. An explosion-proof option ExdIIBT6 is available for hazardous areas, and RS485 and HART communication can be added.
